Do you have a concern about safety or the quality of care you received?

U.S. Naval Hospital Rota, an organization accredited by The Joint Commission, wants to know about it.  The Joint Commission encourages you to bring your concerns to the attention of your health care organization's leaders. If after giving the organization sufficient time, this does not lead to a resolution, you may take your concerns to the Joint Commission for review.

For more information about how to voice a concern, you may:

  • Contact the Clinic Customer Service Officer at the time of your visit

  • Or fill out a patient comment form by using the Interactive Customer Evaluation link;

  • Or contact the Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring by either calling 1-800-994-6610
