Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Occupational Health Services

Occupational Health performs various types of physicals including baseline, periodic, termination, situational physicals.  Some situational physicals and monitoring programs include:

  • Chemical: pesticides, asbestos, etc.

  • Physical: noise, heat, cold, radiation, etc.

  • Childcare worker

  • Explosives handler and explosives driver

  • Firefighter, Police Guard, Security, etc.

  • Motor Vehicle Operator and Forklift, etc.

  • Pregnant Service Members

Additional services include pre-employment physicals, fitness for duty evaluations, refuse to work evaluations, and treatment of on-the-job injuries to U.S. civilian employees.
