My Command Philosophy is Leave a Legacy

Priorities: To established to direct lines of effort that the commander believes will most efficiently and effectively accomplish the mission.  The commander holds the leadership team accountable   for establishing goals and objectives and empowers the command to work together as a cross functional team to achieve synergy, avoid duplication of efforts, share the load, and export creative solutions.
