The U.S. Naval Hospital Rota Audiology Department provides comprehensive diagnostic audiometric exams for all ages, including newborn hearing screenings and school screenings; tinnitus evaluation and counseling; aural rehabilitation services, including hearing aid selection and fitting services for eligible beneficiaries, and the Retiree At Cost Hearing Aid Program (RACHAP), recently expanded to include Retiree-dependents.

Hearing Conservation Program
Hearing Conservation audiograms are performed on a walk-in basis during normal working hours, located within the Occupational Heath and Audiology Departments. The following reasons a person may require a hearing conservation audiogram are:

Pre-employment physical for civilian government employees

Requirement of a military physical

Retirement or separation from Military Service
